Meet the 13th Century real-life enchanted castle Château de Beauvoir, where flowers, some delicately frail, others of a sturdy wild nature, long-fingered vines and trees with beast-like trunks grow along the walls and up to the high ceilings of the ancient rooms.
Bathed by the cross-sunlight entering through the innumerable yet precisely spaced tall windows, it looks as if all this vegetation starts casting its shadow upon the foggy backgrounds and gain form and life of its own, turning the whole space of the rooms into a dim-light flooded, almost melancholic, forest.
